Shelley was part of the pre-opening and opening team and appointed as spa operations manager for the operational management of the Spa, with a focus on delivering set revenue targets and guest satisfaction scores. Wide ranging responsibilities included development of the Spa strategy and budgets, effective leadership to the Spa team members and management of the KPI’s, ensuring guest expectations were exceeded by setting clear service delivery standards, and leading the cost control and analysis activities.
