Bulgari Spa
The Bulgari Spa forms part of the Bulgari Hotel & Residences in the heart of London’s most prestigious area, Knightsbridge, the spacious 2000m² spa is spread over 2 entire floors and is made up of 12 treatment rooms, experience areas, gym and the largest swimming pool in London.
Appointed as Spa Director to oversee the pre-opening to opening of the project, developing the spa strategy to meet business targets and to lead the sales and marketing teams to drive and deliver targets for membership, day spa, treatments and fitness. The wider remit included providing regular reports on the annual financial statistics, analysis and managed expenses related to the P&L of £3m business.
During Shelley’s time she developed a unique treatment offering incorporating RF face and Body, Cryotherapy, Mesotherapy, LED along with advanced skin care such as Swiss Perfection, IsCLincal , Georgia Louise and Mauli to set the spa aside from any other in the UK.
During her 4 years commitment at the Bulgari, the spa claimed awards such as Tatler Best of British, Conde Nast readers award and Virtuoso Best Global Spa.
I was introduced to Shelley when she was the Spa Director at Bulgari London. She gave an independent brand like ours the opportunity to be in a world leading spa hotel is testimony to her vision and understanding.
