Gaia Spa is the largest spa in the south west, measuring over 1,800 square metres, featuring 12 treatment rooms, spa experience areas, pools and restaurant.
Recently opened May 2016 Shelley undertook the project after 1 year of opening to support strategic growth and positioning in the UK market. Within the 12 months I achieved an increase in 112% overall sales from year 1 and received awards such as best UK spa by Conde Nast Johannsen 2018, Best South West and Wales Spa by Professional Beauty 2018 and voted The Sunday Times Best British Spa Hotel in the UK.
To be commercially successful in spa you must be authentic, inspirational and unique.
