Pennyhill Park is a luxury hotel and spa in Surrey offering award-winning dining, bespoke weddings, and distinctive events facilities. Featuring a 4000 m2 spa operation, comprising of 22 treatment rooms, 8 pools, 10 thermal and sensory areas, spa restaurant, membership and 60 staff member team.

Appointed as Spa Manager to direct and manage the spa operations, activities of the employees, maintenance, sales and finance to ensure maximum profitability and guest satisfaction. Actively involved in the overview of HR matters covering; recruitment, training, performance management, KPI setting and management, disciplinary processes and controlling of labour costs. Wider remit included financial management, ownership of the £4m spa budget, P&L management, property and building maintenance and delivery of management KPI’s of key result areas; guest service, employees and sales & marketing.
